Mike Forster

Mike Forster is a highly accomplished business executive and leader, with a passion for improving people's lives. He has accumulated extensive experience in technology, consulting, and management positions, in which he has demonstrated exceptional abilities to deliver innovative solutions and drive business growth. Mike holds an MBA in Business Leadership from Regent University and a BS in Computer Science from James Madison University. He was the Chief Operating Officer at Chiedo Labs, a consultant at CPL Coaching, a Senior Manager of Business Systems and Technology at HRCSB, and an IT Manager at HRCSB. He also worked as a Network Security Engineer at Regent University and a Web Engineer at Chartway. Currently, Mike serves as the CEO/President of Generate Impact, a company that helps organizations improve people's lives through human-centered insight, expertise, and technology.
