Served on a team that focused on bringing the US legal team and the Eastern and Western European legal teams together, and ensuring the East and West teams followed all necessary protocol and operated similarly to the US team. Prepared inter and intra company agreements as a result of Liberty's multi company management structure. Advised Commercial Lines of all legal and regulatory requirements regarding underwriting, product launches, and service center support. Lead the Personal Lines effort to migrate all State Auto Policies (as the result of the purchase of State Auto) to Liberty Mutual. Served on the transition team which focused on transitioning all of State Auto's employees and resources to Liberty Mutual.
