With a background in B.A. Ethics, Politics, and Economics from Yale University and as a Fulbright scholar focusing on microfinance and girls' education at the University of Mumbai, Michelle has a solid academic foundation.

Throughout her career, Michelle has held key roles at prestigious organizations like McKinsey & Company, serving in various capacities from Business Analyst to Organization Practice Manager of Strategy & Operations. She has also served as a Volunteer Consultant at TechnoServe and as a Program Officer at Mann Deshi Mahila Microfinance Bank.

Michelle's leadership experience extends to her role as Board Chair at IKAR and her work as an Independent Social Impact Consultant. She is known for her ability to inspire top performance in teams, drive ideas to action, and build trust-based counseling relationships with leaders at all levels.
