Jessica Swann is an analytical and creative professional with over 10 years of experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams to successfully deliver complex projects with real social impact.

She is an accomplished negotiator and effective communicator, consistently recognized as a top performer in her field.

Passionate about gender equality, Jessica is actively involved in multiple boards focusing on equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), particularly specializing in gender issues.

In addition to her formal work, she co-directs a creative collective that has provided arts programs to over 500 women and children in underserved communities in Mexico City since 2019.

Jessica has recently expanded her consultancy work to include strategic communications and stakeholder engagement for an LGBTIQ+ refuge in Mexico City, showcasing her commitment to social causes.
