Currently, Michelle is the Founder & Creative Director of Practice, a team dedicated to partnering closely with a select number of clients each year to bring their brand ideas to life. She also serves as an advisor and oversees Waste Not, a notable project focused on sustainable suppliers and materials.

Michelle's professional journey includes previous roles as the Founder of Waste Not World, Creative Director at Ritual, Independent Brand Builder at Practice, Designer at Red Antler, and Designer at SM&KK Studios. Her expertise lies in brand building, strategy development, and design execution.
