- Analyzed data and kept KPI metrics on candidate pipeline, diversity metrics were hit and reduced time-to-fill (from 8 weeks to 2-4 weeks).

- Led the recruiting operations at eFileCabinet/Revver when they were at 100 employees. Met with the CEO and Executive team on a weekly and bi-weekly basis to cover all recruiting progress, metrics, best practices and hires/headcount.
- Managed inbound resumes and sourced/recruited multiple roles including VP of Sales, Account Executives, Product Manager and Software Engineers. Increased diversity hires on the engineering team with 3 women hires.

- Came in to build the recruiting operation from the ground floor including key hires, VP of Field Services, Director of Engineering, Talent Acquisition Manager, Sr. Backend Engineer, Sales Executives and Marketing Director.   
- Diversity and inclusion (DE&I) was a critical part of the organization so I formulated job descriptions, interview process, coaching and built candidate pipeline to be diverse with ethnic, background, cultural, gender and other factors that were important to the organization.
- Configured Greenhouse to optimize inbound candidates, track data metrics and ensure data was reported on a weekly basis.

- One Click Retail (OCR which was acquired by Ascential) is a market leader in ecommerce data measurement, sales analytics and search optimization for brand manufacturers. The OCR Product Suite provides 1st and 3rd party business intelligence across the 30 largest retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, Staples, Home Depot, Procter & Gamble, Panasonic, Nestle, Hamilton Beach and HP.
- Joined the Founding Team when the company was about 25 employees and saw the growth to 80 employees. 
- Recruited and hired 15+ candidates including the Director of Sales, Project Manager, Account Managers and Marketing Analyst.

Senior Recruitment Consultant

- Joined the early-stage company to build all recruiting operations and process from the ground floor. Was part of the growth starting from 20 employees to 100+ employees. Met with the CEO and Executive Team weekly to present recruiting progress and KPI metrics.
- Diversified candidate pipelines and hired 20+ key members of the team including Director of Customer Acquisition, Controller, Sr. Backend and Frontend Engineers, Sr. Finance Analyst, UI/UX Engineer, Director of Marketing, Copywriter, etc. 
- Set up their ATS Lever, customized and built the system over the two years, created job descriptions/interview questions, structured interviews to ensure all interviewers covered the 5 All-Star Company values and coached hiring managers on interview best practices.

•  Spearheaded Silicon Slopes' first Utah Tech Summit by bringing in and promoting to out-of-state talent.
The event was originally hosted in October 2014 and had over 800 attendees.  To date, it's held at the end of January and has over 20,000 attendees.

•	Worked closely with hiring managers at Toyota to understand the nuances of finding the right resource who will mesh well with the culture, team and work.
•	Actively communicated with vendors regarding new requisitions, changes/updates to job status and feedback for candidates.
•	Teamed with multiple parties (hiring managers, candidates and suppliers) to find the best solution that's beneficial for everyone.  Mitigated any risks and concerns to make sure everyone's on the same page and that everything has been resolved.
•	Recruited and screened candidates for the wide range of roles including: IT (Enterprise Architect, Business System Analyst, Sharepoint Developer, Siebel Developer, Data Analyst, Project Manager, SAS Analyst, Disaster Recovery Specialist, Data Center Program Manager), Enterprise Portfolio Managers, OCM Specialist, Contracts Specialist and Financial Analyst (Capital Markets).
•	Conducted conference calls for hiring managers and suppliers to ensure everyone understands how to find the right candidates.

•	 Focused on other means such as networking, referrals and social media to find hidden talent and passive candidates who are open to better opportunities.   
•	Managed full, hiring life-cycle including: sourcing candidates, pre-screening resumes, interviewing and submitting candidates to open job requirements, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, interview preparation, negotiating salary, offer deliverance/closing and post-placement follow-up.
