Michelle Kuo

Michelle Kuo is a highly experienced Managing Partner at JumpSearch Recruiting, with over 12 years of experience in recruiting for startups and hyper-growth tech companies throughout California and Utah. She has an educational background in psychology, having studied at the University of California, Los Angeles. Kuo is known for her work in building diversity recruitment processes and pipelines for companies looking to diversify their teams, with a focus on gender, ethnic, and experience diversity. Kuo has taken both ParityPledge and Built by Many’s Diversity and Inclusion Pledge for women and people of color. She takes an active approach to community involvement, moderating and hosting the monthly Silicon Slopes CFO Roundtable, and previously headed talent and recruiting for Silicon Slopes’ first planning committee for the Utah Tech Summit. Kuo has also been involved in events that promote career growth, diversity, and women in tech, including Women Techmakers and Women Tech Council. In her free time, Kuo enjoys skiing, traveling, dancing, and spending time with her child.
