Oversee full-cycle recruitment by implementing sourcing strategies to develop a qualified pool of candidates all within budget.  Current management of close to 3000 candidates for internships opportunities with 200+ Corporate Partners using proprietary CRM programs
* Collaborate with Assistant VP, Talent Management & Operations to develop regional recruitment plans which includes management of assigned top tier institutions

* Delivers strategic data analysis on talent pool trends utilizing ATS and availability in order to facilitate placement of future intern candidates and disseminate vital research information to regional teams and directors through a variety of presentations

As Diversity Recruiting Advisor, I helped BKD build a diverse workforce by developing strategic 
partnerships with universities and organizations. I worked with our HR and business leaders, talent 
recruiting teams and our SKY Council, who leads our diversity and inclusion initiative, to build 
strategies for attracting diverse talent to the firm. My main goal through these efforts was to be a partner for our leaders as they seek to build teams with a varietyof backgrounds and talents. As the firm continues to grow, our firm leaders have championed inclusion and made it a strategic priority. To accomplish this, building stronger partnerships and pathways outside the organization are a key driver to success which include NABA, ASCEND, and ALPFA.  

My work included firm-wide cross functionally and collaboratively with stakeholders internally and externally to deliver against action plans.  Diversity isn’t a business case, it’s about the human case (or about humanity).  It is bringing together the people with varied insights, upbringings, and experiences to bring BKD’s values, innovative spirit, and unmatched client services to life.  To do this, we need to expand how we have hired and developed talent to fuel our future in serving our varied clients.
