Michal Skreta is a highly accomplished individual with an extensive educational background and extensive professional experience. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University, followed by a Master of Science in Computer Science from the same institution. Additionally, Michal completed CORe: Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online, an Oxford Enterprise Programme from Oxford Royale Academy, and a visiting student program through the Stanford University Bing Overseas Studies Program at the University of Oxford. He also obtained a bilingual diploma in the International Baccalaureate program.

Michal has worked as a Summer Analyst at General Atlantic, a Venture Capital Fellow at New Enterprise Associates (NEA), and a Mayfield Fellow at Sundial and Stanford Technology Ventures Program (STVP). He served as Head EU Delegate to the G7 Youth Summit (Y7) at Young European Leadership (YEL) and as a Data Science for Social Good Fellow at Stanford University. With his investment banking experience, including a role as an Investment Banking Off-Cycle Analyst at Rothschild & Co, he also worked at Stanford Management Company, DC Advisory as a Summer Investment Analyst.

Having worked as a legislative intern at the U.S. House of Representatives, Michal served as a TFLF Scholar and a Youth Delegate of Poland to the United Nations. On top of that, he has worked on multiple research projects at Stanford University, including as a research assistant for Prof. Larry Diamond at The Hoover Institution, for Andrew Grotto at the Stanford Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC), and for Prof. Francis Fukuyama at Stanford University.

Michal also has some experience in consulting, previously working as a Management Consulting Intern at KPMG. Michal's interest in journalism led him to intern at Warsaw Business Journal as a Summer Journalism Intern. Additionally, he served as a Speaker of the Parliament at the 21st Polish Youth Parliament.
