Ben Lonsdale

Ben Lonsdale is an accomplished business professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background in consulting, management, and project development. He graduated with honors from the University of Oxford and has since founded, managed, and consulted for numerous successful organizations across the globe. Ben spent time working in Brazil, leading companies like Groupon Brasil and creating new models for wave parks, a never-before-seen entertainment concept. He also worked at McKinsey & Company, where he served as Manager, Transformation Practice LatAm. Ben gives back to the community through his work as a guest lecturer in Stadia and Arena Management at Trevisan Business School and his position as Director at Surfrider Foundation Brasil, where he advocates for environmental protection. He currently works as an Associate Partner and Mentor at Ventus Learning, contributing valuable insights and expertise to the industry.
