Michael Yee is a well-educated and experienced professional who has made it his mission to help clients thrive in corrosive and hostile environments with nonmetallic solutions. He is the CEO and founder of RTConsults, where he leads and enables his clients to succeed in the nonmetallic and coatings industry. Michael's focus is on accountability, bringing up the industry, and educating clients to be better each day. His specialties include corrosion inspection, FRP design and inspection, thermoplastic inspections, nonmetallic specification writing, coatings for concrete, rubber linings, chemical resistant masonry, refractory, protective coatings specialist, chlori-alkali processes, brine containment, quality assurance, construction management, and plant engineering. Michael studied Project and Construction Management at the University of Houston, and Chemical Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to launching RTConsults, he gained valuable experience as an asset engineer, automation engineer, process engineer, project and plant engineer, and project manager.
