Michael Littlehorn

Michael Littlehorn is a seasoned technical delivery leader with over 20 years of experience in healthcare applications, cloud infrastructure, and security operations. He currently holds the position of Healthcare Delivery Leader - North America - Cloud Infra and Security Operations at Cognizant, a role he has been in since August 2023. In this capacity, he is responsible for managing operations with a significant P&L of approximately $170 million and overseeing a workforce of over 1,400 employees, both onshore and offshore.1

Throughout his career, Littlehorn has demonstrated progressive responsibility in senior executive roles across both public and private sectors, particularly within healthcare, telecom, finance, oil and gas, and pharmaceutical industries. He has a proven track record of successfully delivering on business objectives for Fortune 100 clients. Before his current role, he served as the Global Head of Trizetto Hosting & App Management at Cognizant, where he managed a $160 million managed services business and focused on integrating DevOps and CI/CD principles to enhance service delivery.1

His earlier positions include VP of Service Delivery at Cognizant, where he was responsible for client-facing delivery and achieved significant improvements in client satisfaction and revenue growth. Littlehorn's extensive experience and strategic focus have positioned him as a key leader in the healthcare technology sector.1
