He holds a Master's degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Resources Management from the United States Naval Academy. His educational journey also includes studies at Monsignor Bonner High School.
Throughout his career, Michael Sherlock has held key positions within prestigious organizations. He has previously served as the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at the Naval War College, showcasing his leadership and administrative skills. Additionally, he has valuable experience as the Deputy Director of the Strategic Research Department at the Naval War College. Prior to this, Michael held roles such as Air Officer aboard the USS Kitty Hawk and Commanding Officer at Training Squadron Seven.
