Gene Andersen

Gene R. Andersen is an Associate Professor of Leadership Education at the U.S. Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island.13 He is responsible for operationalizing the personal development element of the Navy leader development continuum, focusing on self-awareness, coaching, and mentoring.1 Andersen is part of the faculty teams for the Stockdale Senior Leader Development concentration graduate certificate program, the AFLEX 3-star course, and the Fleet-facing eLPA course.1
