John E. Jackson is a Professor at the U.S. Naval War College who has served there for more than 20 years.1 He holds the E.A. Sperry Chair of Unmanned and Robotic Systems and teaches in the areas of national security decision-making, logistics, and unmanned and robotic systems.1
