Michael Kielsky is a seasoned attorney and counselor with over fifteen years of experience in legal, contract, business, and personal cases. Based in Mesa, Arizona, he is a partner and attorney at Udall Shumway PLC, where he litigates cases and advises clients on technology and privacy laws. Mr. Kielsky is licensed to practice law in Arizona and California, and he has appeared before various courts, including the US District Court, Arizona, and the US Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Kielsky earned his JD from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, where he graduated first in his class with summa cum laude honors.
