Kristen Bartlett is a highly experienced and successful litigator and counselor with a passion for education and collaboration. With 10+ years of experience managing complex pre-litigation, litigation, and investigations, Bartlett has developed unparalleled skills in finding common ground and negotiating solutions.

Bartlett is a graduate of Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and holds a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Education from Santa Clara University. She has experience in a wide range of practice areas, including internal investigations, regulatory investigations, civil actions, healthcare and medical device counseling, compliance, teaching, e-discovery, and sophisticated business transactions.

Currently a Senior Associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, Bartlett has also served in roles such as an Orrick Fellow at Stanford University, a Bluhm Legal Clinic Legal Intern at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, and an English and Spanish Teacher and Speech & Debate Coach at Los Gatos High School.
