Michael Hewitt

Michael Hewitt is a seasoned professional with a diverse educational and professional background. His academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Economics and Russian Studies from Johns Hopkins SAIS, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology from Trinity College-Hartford, where he was also a member of the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa honor society. Prior to his current position as owner of M.W. Hewitt Consulting B.V., Michael held several leadership roles, including Director at Centrus Energy Corp., Head of the Executive Office at SHUAA Capital psc, and Chief Executive Officer at Saffar Capital. He also served as Deputy Director of the NATO Office Moscow, and as a Nonproliferation Graduate Fellow at the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA).

Michael's extensive background in economics, Russian studies, and nonproliferation is complemented by his experience in the corporate world, particularly in the areas of finance and investment management. He brings a valuable perspective to any organization he works with, and his expertise has been recognized in various leadership positions he has held over the years.
