Leadership Plano is a program of the Plano Chamber of Commerce. Leadership Plano is dedicated to educating, developing, and empowering current and future leaders for the community and motivating them to serve civic, charitable, and business organizations. The Board of Directors manages the Program.

I am the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Community Leader for the Open Inclusion Disability Inclusive Insight and Engagement Panel in North America. In this role, I help advise the Open Inclusion team including the research and design team and other panel leaders on perspectives from my community. This supports our ongoing development of understanding of the deaf and hard of hearing community in North America and considerations through co-design of our research and broader disability-inclusive services
