Before joining IPSOS Strategy3, Luo worked as a research manager of Market Opportunity & Innovation in GfK, where she developed pioneering thinking from an innovative perspective.
Luo earned a bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of International Business and Economics, and a Master's degree in marketing from the Sup de Co Reims. She also studied international management with a focus on marketing at the Reims Management School.
