She is a Baruch College alumna who has held prominent positions in renowned organizations, demonstrating expertise in various aspects of the retail industry.

Currently, Melissa Xides serves as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Bergdorf Goodman, a role where she excels in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Prior to her current position, she was the SVP- Studio Experience at SoulCycle Inc., where she contributed to shaping immersive studio experiences for customers.

Her extensive experience includes senior roles at Tory Burch, where she served as SVP Retail and DTC Buying, as well as Vice President of Stores and DTC Buying.

Melissa Xides also played a key role at Jack Spade, holding positions such as Vice President of the Jack Spade Brand and Vice President of Global Sales and Retail.

During her tenure at kate spade, she held several roles including Vice President-Divisional Merchandise Manager, Vice President of Stores, and Director of Stores.

Her retail journey kicked off at Gap Inc. where she honed her skills as a District Manager.
