Melanie Geraghty is a skilled and experienced market researcher with a focus on training and curricula development. She has spent her entire professional career at Ipsos Direct, where she began as a Market Research Interviewer and worked her way up to become Training & Development Manager. Her expertise lies in training methodology, both in person and remotely, as well as in curriculum development and improvement.
In 2009, Melanie was part of the development team that launched Ipsos Direct's Virtual Call Center, which demonstrated her commitment to staying current with technological trends in the industry. Prior to her current role, she served as Ipsos Direct's Assistant Field Manager in Winnipeg, where she managed and motivated a team of 200 interviewers and 20 supervisors, providing her with valuable leadership experience. Additionally, Melanie has experience in human resources, where she worked in recruiting, scheduling, and new employee training.
Melanie holds a degree in Secondary Education with a specialization in History and Geography from the University of Manitoba. Her passion for training and expertise in market research methodology and curriculum development make her a valuable asset to any team.
