Cphr Richard Gagnon is an accomplished professional with a strong background in Human Resources and a focus on strategic organizational development.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Université Laval and has also studied to become a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) through the Canadian Council of Human Resources.

Currently, Richard serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Destination Canada, showcasing his expertise in overseeing HR functions at an executive level.

Prior to his current role, he held key positions at reputable organizations such as being the Senior HR Manager at Raymond James Ltd and the VP of HR at Crelogix Acceptance Corporation.

His experience extends across various prestigious hotels including Fairmont Pacific Rim, Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu, and Fairmont Le Château Frontenac where he contributed significantly to their HR departments.
