Maureen Milligan

Maureen Milligan is the Field Director - Central Team at National Development Council (NDC).3 She has a diverse background in law, education, and community development.

Professional Experience

Maureen currently leads the team providing professional development and certification training to community, economic, and housing development professionals at NDC.5 Prior to her role at NDC, she served as the Chief of the Community Prosecution and Community Courts Section at the City of Dallas and as a Special Assistant United States Attorney.1
