Matthew Crane
Matthew Crane, PhD, is a prominent bioengineer and co-founder of Semaine Health. He earned his BS and MS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Case Western Reserve University and went on to complete his doctorate in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Crane's academic work has been widely recognized and lauded by both The New York Times and Nature Methods, the latter designating him and his colleagues' work as a "Method to Watch." He has held several high-ranking positions throughout his career, including Senior Fellow and Acting Instructor at the University of Washington School of Medicine, and postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Edinburgh.
Crane left academia to help found Semaine Health, and he is currently the Head of Product at the company. With Semaine, Crane is helping to revolutionize the healthcare industry by providing a new standard for outpatient care.
