Matthew Bennink

Matthew Bennink is the Executive Chef at Shangri-La Group, based in Singapore.2 He has extensive experience in the culinary industry, particularly with Shangri-La properties. Bennink was appointed as Executive Chef of Shangri-La Singapore in February 2023.1 Prior to this role, he served as Executive Chef at Jing An Shangri-La Shanghai, where he oversaw eight restaurants and bars.1
