Matt Perman

Matt Perman is an accomplished author, speaker, and leader with extensive experience in strategy development, project management, and departmental operations management. Holding a Master of Divinity degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Business from the University of Northern Iowa, Perman has worked in several ministries, including Desiring God, Made to Flourish, and What's Best Next. Perman is also a certified Project Management Professional with expertise in leadership, public speaking, partnerships, content strategy, process improvement, and usability. He is currently the Director of Career Development at The King's College and co-founder of What's Best Next, an organization that equips Christians for gospel-driven productivity and leadership. Perman is known for his expertise in the intersection of faith, work, and productivity and has authored two books, What's Best Next: How the Gospel Transforms the Way You Get Things Done and How to Get Unstuck: Breaking Free from the Obstacles to Your Productivity.
