Matt Jones is a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in the IT staffing/consulting industry, specializing in placing high-level IT consultants in various areas such as software development, quality assurance, project management, and more.

Since joining Harmer Consultants in 2010 and becoming a partner in 2015, Matt has demonstrated a unique skill in fostering professional relationships and matching best-fit IT talent with organizations where they can thrive.

In addition to his role at Harmer, Matt serves as the President of STAR Chicago, a prominent community of Recruiters and Talent Acquisition professionals in the US, where he spearheads initiatives for professional development, training, and networking.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and has a passion for basketball. He is known for his love of the game and shooting hoops whenever he can.
