Matt Chapman

Matt Chapman is an experienced Executive Contract Manager with over 10 years of experience in commercial and supply chain management roles. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University's Mays Business School with a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston. Throughout his career, Chapman has honed his skills in contract management, strategic sourcing, procurement, demand planning, vendor vetting, and negotiations. He is an expert in process development, improvement, cost analysis, and budgeting.

Chapman began his career as a Management Consultant at Andersen Consulting before joining Pate Engineers as VP of New Product Development and Strategic Production Specialist. He also worked as an MBA-Corporate Quality Intern at Philips Innovation Campus before becoming a Campaign Manager for the US House of Representatives (17th District of TX). Chapman's experience at JNS Consulting Engineers and his current role as an Executive Contract Manager at Accenture provide him with deep insights into supplier relationships, category management, and KPI development and analysis.
