With expertise in strategic planning, procurement, sourcing, supply chain management, and business process mapping and re-engineering, he has successfully led organizations in different industries and environments. Kaczmarek boasts of domestic and international executive roles as a positive change agent when working with team members and stakeholders on driving projects. His range of skills includes SAP R/3, SAP SRM, Microsoft Dynamics, and Ultramain ERP implementations. Kaczmarek studied Engineering Management at Southern Methodist University, Industrial Engineering at Michigan State University, and obtained a certificate in Leadership Excellence from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management. His professional experience includes being the Director, Global Supply Chain & IT at Manchester Tank and Equipment and formerly serving in top leadership positions such as Director, Operational Services and Supply Chain Manager at Virgin Galactic, Executive VP, Procurement & Supply Chain at Innovative Building Systems, Inc., and Chief Procurement Officer at Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
