Martina Kotvan Belišová

Martina Belišová is a highly experienced business consultant, coach, and lecturer with over 15 years of experience in management, 10+ years in retail and pharma, and 8+ years in sales (B2B & B2C). She is the Managing Partner and Owner of IMPROVERA, where she has a successful track record of delivering organizational transformation, effectiveness, standardization, and development across business divisions. She is a certified coach and Hogan certified consultant, and her expertise includes executive consulting, business transformation, organizational management, people and organizational development, recruitment, performance management, coaching, and training.

Martina has worked with international corporations, small to mid-sized to large companies, and startups. She is also a proud member of the DOOR International team and has served as a facilitator, trainer, and coach. Additionally, she has served as a former business mentor and trainer at IMPROVERA, senior business development consultant at RAVAPharm Group, business consultant at Libellius, and head of pharmacy at Dr.Max Pharmacy Chain Slovakia (Penta Investments).

Martina holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmDr) in physical sciences and a Master of Science (MSc) in pharmaceutical sciences from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave. Her hobbies include traveling, fitness, dancing, cycling, skiing, and reading books.
