Robert Andrescik

Robert Andrescik is an award-winning journalist turned communications specialist with expertise in storytelling, technology, and project management. He graduated from North Central University with a background in BS, Journalism, and Broadcasting. Over the years, Robert has helped numerous organizations enhance their marketing, storytelling, technology, internal and external communications, IT, video production, media relations, crisis communications, and social media strategies. He has aided organizations in deploying and optimizing SaaS and marketing technologies, including email marketing and automation, API management, nurtured paths, CRMs, and cloud-based solutions, that have reduced costs while increasing organizational effectiveness and customer engagement.

Robert is proficient in both writing and videography, having captured and edited more than 150 short-form videos for internal and external audiences. He is also an expert at blogging and media relations, having secured top-tier media coverage from the New York Times, CNN, The New Yorker, NPR, and Fast Company. Robert is a certified Scrum Master and has extensive experience in project management, where he has helped teams stay organized while keeping key stakeholders informed.

Currently serving as the Regional Internal Communications Manager at DPR Construction, Robert was previously the Director of Communications & Technology at Feeding Children Everywhere, Marketing Communications Specialist at Media Blanket, Director of Communications at Northland, Editor New Man Magazine at Strang Communications, Assistant Editor at Decision Magazine, and Associate Editor at Minnesota Christian Chronicle.

A child of the 1980s, Robert is a fan of everything “Star” (Wars, Trek … Search) and enjoys playing air hockey, a game he says he's never been beaten at. Robert has been married for 24 years to a woman he'll never deserve with whom he shares 15-year-old boy-girl twins.
