Martin Spier is a highly accomplished computer scientist and engineering leader with over 16 years of experience in the tech industry.1 He currently serves as the VP of Foundation Engineering at PicPay, the largest digital wallet in Latin America.1

Current Role at PicPay: Martin has been with PicPay since November 2021, initially as VP of Foundation Engineering and Data Platforms. In September 2023, he transitioned to his current role as VP of Foundation Engineering.1 In this position, he leads a team of more than 200 professionals, including engineers, architects, SREs, product managers, and designers.1
