Martha Moen is an accomplished leader in the banking industry with over two decades of experience. She has held executive positions at major Canadian financial institutions and a multinational management consulting firm. Her expertise lies in spearheading transformational initiatives, designing growth strategies, and driving client, financial, and change management results. Moen currently serves as the General Manager of Investor Communication Solutions (ICS) Canada at Broadridge. In her role, she provides strategic direction, leadership, and guidance for business activities across all ICS Canada functions. Moen is also a president on the board of not-for-profit organizations, including Women in Capital Markets and the Lambton Kingsway Before & After School Child Care Program. Furthermore, she has co-founded two gender diversity networks and has championed inclusion and diversity initiatives throughout her career. Moen holds a degree in Honours Bachelor of Business Administration, Co-operative Option, Finance and Strategy, Graduated with Distinction from Wilfrid Laurier University. She has also studied Chartered Financial Analyst at CFA Institute and Certified Investment Management Analyst at The Wharton School.
