He also achieved top honors in the Gilbert Robinson Corporation for his contributions. His experiences on the culinary side of the business have made him a strong believer in training staff and ensuring that they understand the reasoning behind decisions. Rubenstein strongly advocates for great management which leads to great employees, great service, and strong profits. In his current role as Regional Director and Franchisee at Sculpture Hospitality, he helps business owners in the hospitality industry realize higher profits. He also was formerly Partner/CEO at A Head For Profits, where he helped reduce the failure rate of the independent restaurant community. Rubenstein's goal is always to better the restaurant and bar community, and he is always willing to discuss any concerns or questions with entrepreneurs.
