Mark Latham

Mark Latham, a sourcing governance officer for the State of Georgia's GTA, has dedicated over half his life to buying and selling IT sourcing. His mission is to ensure that the State of Georgia receives more than one dollar in value for every dollar spent on outsourcing. He achieves this by providing operational management, reminders on contracts and deliverables, and best practices. With a degree from the University of Central Florida and a diverse background, including COO and CIO positions at various companies, Mark possesses the skills and experience necessary to excel in his role. As a mentor and performance manager, he is devoted to helping the State of Georgia increase value and prevent value leakage.
