Mark Haley is a seasoned hospitality technology consultant with over two decades of experience in the industry. After a successful 15-year stint at Sheraton, he moved on to become a partner at The Prism Partnership and later founded High Touch Technologies, Inc. Haley's specialties cover travel distribution, customer relationship management (CRM), and internet marketing, and he has gained recognition in these areas of expertise by being elected to the HFTP International Hospitality Technology Hall of Fame. Haley is currently a partner at Prism Hospitality Consulting where he continues to serve clients ranging from individual hotels to large and small brands.
