Matt Rausenberger is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur in the technology industry with over 30 years of experience in professional services, channel sales, and business operations. He has a strong background in consulting, client services, sales, marketing, and information technology. Rausenberger has created, grown, and managed many business programs and organizations from the ground up. He is skilled in implementing business processes and systems that produce revenue, increase efficiencies, improve quality delivery, and reduce TCO through strategic planning, change management, operations streamlining, policy development, and process improvement & reengineering. Additionally, he has experience in P&L management, team leadership and development, proposal development, budget planning, business forecasting, mergers & acquisitions, branding, CRM, direct marketing, and internet marketing. Rausenberger has a degree in business from the University of Texas at Austin and began his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
