Développer le portefeuille des services RSE, commerce équitable et sourcing durable en France et à l'International, tout secteur confondu et piloter le P&L des activités et la rentabilité de la Business Unit au sein du groupe : 
- Définition et pilotage de la stratégie commerciale et marketing de l’offre de service
- Définition et mise en oeuvre de la stratégie partenariale et d'influence sur les thématiques du département
- Supervision et gestion des portefeuilles de programmes d’évaluation et de certification (+25 programmes)
- Optimisation et organisation de la production des services de la Business Unit en France et à l'international en partenariat avec les Directeurs de filiales (>1000 clients)
- Management direct de l’équipe de la Business Unit - France & International (6 personnes)
- Management fonctionnel et coordination des activités de +50 personnes localisées dans 28 filiales internationales

- Sustainability/CSR: Define, implement and manage the group's CSR strategy. Build an integrated approach to sustainable development within the company and unite all stakeholders around the project. ISO26000 - BioED - HSE

- Innovation/R&D: PMO - Manage and develop the Innovation portfolio and the Product portfolio in line with the strategic roadmap of the Company and internal/external stakeholders and partners.

- Quality: Define and steer the Quality Policy, the Group Quality Management and the Continous Improvement management. Ensure its governance, formalising quality requirements by product/site status and promoting continuous improvement, the process approach and the risk approach. Food safety culture implementation

- Team Leadership/management & development: Organising and managing activities (roadmap, KPIs, budget and HR) - developing the skills and inter-complementarity of the teams. Management in France and Germany - about 20 people
