Mariah Driver

Mariah Driver is a Senior Product Manager on the Product Equity team at Adobe, where she focuses on integrating equity into product development processes. Her role involves leading initiatives that aim to reduce harm and bias in Adobe's products, ensuring that equity is a fundamental aspect of product design and development.

Prior to joining Adobe, Driver served as the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Webflow, where she worked on creating systems that foster authentic representation and growth for all individuals. At Adobe, she has developed an onboarding curriculum to educate new hires about equity concepts and has initiated the Operationalizing Equity project, which aims to equip product teams with the tools necessary to incorporate equitable practices into their work.123

Driver's work is driven by her personal experiences as a Black, disabled woman, which informs her commitment to making products more inclusive and accessible. She emphasizes the importance of not only acknowledging equity but actively practicing it in daily work.12
