Flourish has also built one of the leading integrations to METRC which is the state compliance solution for 8 states.Increased revenue for our largest client by 15x and reduced bug/support tickets by 90%, through strategically planning the breadth and depth of stories. Also, we utilized our development team’s specialized client product knowledge to prioritize tasks. Maintained superior customer satisfaction through consistent communication, effective resolutions, and timely delivery on ticket statuses, processes for the client.Served as a product owner for the Customer Support division of the company, identified and prioritized new feature requirements, client pain points from client feedback, and translated those into high priority business needs to enhance through the SDLC and for future support.Collaborated with Sales and Product Management teams to develop customer-facing release material and rapidly produce knowledge base articles to ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met based on our 2-week agile sprint cycle.
