Marcela earned her Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano in Bogotá, Colombia. Before establishing Culture Shift Team in 2017, she founded the Hispanic Marketing Group in Nashville in 2002, where she served as president and CEO.1 2
