Marc Dirks has over 20 years of experience in marketing and marketing automation solutions, having worked with various software vendors. He is currently part of Oracle's EMEA CX Centre of Excellence team as a marketing product specialist, focusing on the Oracle marketing cloud stack. In his role, Marc collaborates with leading brands across Europe, aiding them in defining and realizing their digital marketing strategies. His expertise spans customer data platforms, content marketing, real-time analytics, marketing orchestration, optimization, personalization, and audience data management within the broader CX solutions and PaaS services ecosystem. Marc is also an active member of Rotary International. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Bestuurlijke Informatiekunde and a Master of Science in IT Knowledge Management.
