Jake Racich

Jake Racich is an Enterprise Account Manager at Oracle, specializing in enabling digital transformations and modernizations through process improvements and Oracle's SaaS solutions in Customer Experience (CX). He helps business leaders optimize operations, drive efficiencies, and innovate in today's experience economy.

With a background in Experience Industry Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and additional studies at Universidad de Sevilla, Jake has honed his skills in consulting with professionals and executives in sales, customer service, marketing, and IT. He focuses on enhancing business processes, boosting sales, and fostering customer retention strategies.

Throughout his career, Jake has held various roles such as NAA Progression Associate, ERP/ EPM/ HCM Cloud Consultant, and CX Cloud Applications Consultant at Oracle. He also has experience in Business Development at ADP and Inside Sales Representative at Cal Poly Annual Giving.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys surfing, kiteboarding, swimming, traveling, and embracing the outdoors for leisure and rejuvenation.
