Manuela Marazzi is a talented freelance visual storyteller, illustrator, and graphic facilitator with extensive expertise in user experience, user interface, service design, and graphic design. She studied Linguaggi Multimediali e Informatica Umanistica, Comunicaciòn Audiovisual, and attained a Master's degree in Web Design from the Istituto Europeo di Design. In addition, she completed several courses and residencies, including Service Design, User Experience, and Leading Creative Innovation at Cooper U, and Summer Residency in Illustration at the School of Visual Arts.

Marazzi worked in various organizations, including KTH Innovation, where she served as a UX Designer and Illustrator, and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), where she was an Illustrator and Graphic Facilitator. She is also a former co-founder of ProperSet, a service design startup. Previously, Marazzi served as a Senior UX Designer at Conflux - Design leads to innovation™ and Senior UI/UX Designer at Reply, working on developing user-centered applications, e-commerce, and websites. She also gained experiences in graphic design, serving as a Graphic Designer at Intralot Italia S.p.A., GG Advertising, Pocomalo, and Gruppo Markonet.

Marazzi has a passion for visual storytelling and creates artwork, graphic motion, infographics, brand presentation, graphic novella, and illustrations. She believes that the medium is as crucial as the message, and her skills in graphic design and visual storytelling enable her to produce high-quality and engaging visual content.
