Yao Xiao

Yao Xiao is an award-winning illustrator and artist located in Manhattan, New York, known for her expertise in graphic facilitation. With years of experience working with top firms, she has visualized concepts in various industries like finance, technology, healthcare, politics, and education globally. Collaborating with renowned organizations such as Google, the United Nations, and The New York Times, Yao combines design thinking and artistic flair to create clear and meaningful visual notes, aiding teams in achieving their objectives. She is a frequent lecturer at distinguished institutions like the School of Visual Arts and has received acclaim from The Kennedy Center of Performing Arts. Her work has been featured in prestigious publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Vogue, and BuzzFeed. Yao holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Hunter College, a BFA in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts, and has studied Illustration at Memphis College of Art and Fine Arts at North Seattle College.
