Overview
Whilst temping for ANZ Private Bank I was offered the opportunity to help set up the Transaction Support Unit for Private Bank Perth.
Role involved:
Providing fast and accurate transactional support to the Private Bank Team.
Maintain branch revenue by ensuring collection of appropriate fees/charges.
Ability to accurately answer general banking products and services queries in a prompt manner.
Time management skills.

-  Completed ANZ Bank Leadership and Management Course.
-  1997 – 2001 relieved ANZ Bank Line Manager whilst they availed of their annual leave.
-  In 2001 I completed a six month Manager Relief post at the ANZ Bank Balcatta branch whilst the Manager was absent on leave.
