•	Contract position involving all administrative and executive assistant duties for one of the top producing real estate brokers in Utah, including assisting in the defining and execution of the overall business strategy for new client acquisition, management, high-level client services, transaction coordination services as well as general administrative calendaring and meetings.  
•	Managed multiple simultaneous real estate transaction for the agent including purchase contracts, due diligence, negotiations, and closings.  Responsible for all financials, accounts receivable and payables for the business, and often for the agent personally.  
•	Streamlined operations and developed a system that could be easily implemented by additional staff.

•	Was the first employee hired in this start up company that grew rapidly ($230M) and won numerous awards (INC. 500, Utah Business, Best Places To Work, etc.)  
•	Hired as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and was quickly promoted to Director Of Advanced Camps & Advanced Client Services.  Coordinated with other customer service teams daily.
•	Solely responsible for booking, fulfillment and support of all advanced student education. 
•	Created fulfillment events, designed support materials, coordinated staff, speakers and vendors, negotiated hotel contracts for events ranging in cost from $10,000 to $300,000 in Park City, Las Vegas, Boston, Newport Beach, Mexico and other locations.  
•	Ensured compliance with all insurance, legal, health and safety obligations. Managed nearly every area of the client sales/support and fulfillment process.  
•	Worked with sales teams to create accurate reporting systems. 
•	Worked directly with the COO to create a functional CRM to manage client fulfillment and engagement making sure all critical data was visible for quantitative reporting analysis.  
•	Managed a team of up to 20 people to provide high level advanced customer support functions. Was widely known as the ‘go-to’ person for all things related to client engagement.
•	Managed multiple celebrity brands and coordinated travel and speaking schedules.   
•	Served on the Leadership team and coordinated with other Senior Executives to ensure all departments’ objectives were met or exceeded.
