Don Koenes is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience delivering technology to improve customers' lives. His corporate roles have been diverse, covering everything from sales and marketing to professional services and business development. Don has consulted with more than 200 companies across 30 different industries, focusing on sales and growth strategies, operations, and finance. His specialties include team-building, execution, strategy, operations, and negotiations.

Don has built sales, professional services, and product management operations from scratch, bringing three different companies to market in the process. His early reference customers have leveraged customer success to grow sales, while his ability to grow the product value proposition has doubled the average deal size every three years. Don has also implemented operational systems, scaling cross-functional collaboration to achieve greater operational excellence.

In terms of education, Don studied a Bachelor of Arts in Systems Management/IT at Central College and earned a Master of Business Administration at Drake University.

Today, Don serves as the Principal at ConciseResults and has previously worked as Vice President Product Management, Professional Services, Sales and Marketing at Alight. He also previously held roles with PriveSec, Inc., CVV Accelerator/Capital Valley Ventures, and PrimeSight. Don is based in the Sacramento and Reno-Tahoe areas.
