Mallik Reddy is a seasoned professional with over twenty years of experience in building and leading top-notch technology teams across various business domains and platforms.

Currently, Mallik Reddy holds a senior position at American Express, overseeing a global enterprise data management team. He is responsible for designing technical solutions and establishing scalable database systems to support new business initiatives and digital transformation efforts.

During his tenure at American Express, Mallik spearheaded numerous significant projects like developing digital capabilities, leading Business Architecture and PMO for US Loyalty platforms, implementing enterprise-wide initiatives like Digital Content Management, supervising Build, Release Management, Testing, and orchestrating successful new product launches across multiple interactive servicing platforms.

Mallik Reddy is also known for his role as the Founder and Chief Coach of 'Leadership GYM', a leadership and personal development institution aimed at empowering high school students to discover and nurture their potential.

Prior to his current role at American Express, Mallik served as the Director of Technical Delivery at Exl Gurgaon and held the position of Chief Operations Officer at American Express Travel Related Services Company.
