Madeira Ginley is a highly experienced and effective brand strategy and partnerships leader with over 8 years of experience. She has worked with both kid and adult-targeted brands over the years, and has always demonstrated strong business judgment and the ability to function effectively in a collaborative team environment. Madeira is skilled at working at the strategic level, conceiving bold and innovative ideas to drive growth, and at a tactical level, adept at managing campaigns that help shape business’ life cycle marketing strategy.
With an MBA in Corporate Finance and Media Management from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism and Sociology from Emerson College, Madeira has a wide range of skills and competencies that allow her to excel in any professional environment.
She has held a number of senior roles over the years, including her latest position as COO of MiMO Studio, where her expertise and experience have allowed her to successfully drive a number of key projects forward. Prior to this, she served as Senior Director, Global Franchise Planning & Partnerships at Nickelodeon, where she was responsible for leading brand strategy, partnerships, and marketing efforts for a variety of the media conglomerate's global brands.
In addition to this, Madeira was Director, Strategic Partnerships & Franchise Planning, Manager, Partnership Management & Music Marketing, Manager, Preschool & Nick@Nite Programming, Coordinator, Preschool & Nick@Nite Programming, and Assistant to the President of Nickelodeon at various points during her career.
